Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Investment Banking Mandates: Assist clients with Buy & Sell-Side M&A advisory and Capital raising mandates, along with providing financial modeling and other advisory services.
  • Deal Execution: Support senior staff in preparing financial projections and business valuations, including DCF modeling, comparable company and transaction multiple analyses, and other financial models necessary for transaction processes.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare thoughtful and compelling PowerPoint-based Information Memorandums, presentations, and marketing documents.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct and facilitate due diligence for sell-side and buy-side transactions.
  • Marketing and Analysis: Develop marketing documents and analyses to support transaction execution and conduct industry research and company analysis.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients on transactional and technical issues, providing support and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience at a reputable investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
  • Education: Degree from an accredited undergraduate business program, with a concentration in finance or accounting required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven research abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and judgment.
  • Attributes:
